Twenty years of exploration into my own health and nutrition needs, through overcoming an eating disorder, food intolerances, fertility issues and menopause has led me to qualify as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Now, I would like to use all that I have gleaned from life's colourful tapestry to help people like you on your own individual health journeys, empowering each and every one of you to tap into your inner selves and needs, be your own health scientist, trust in your intuition and consequently take charge of your own wellness.
Your issues may relate to sleep, weight loss, food intolerances, fertility, stress management, self-care, finding balance and more... I am here to listen and help you either in personal one on one coaching programme over the course of 12 or 24 weeks or in group coaching, following one of my programmes.
